Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products.

Purchases made through our website are transactions between you and MovieBeam.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MovieBeam's total liability arising from a particular purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid to MovieBeam for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud or other matters for which applicable law prohibits limitation.
